ALEJANDRO MARTIN

Alejandro is a sustainable development coach helping developers, entrepreneurs, artists, elected officials and leaders of color thrive.

Alejandro leads communications, government and public affairs for a global energy company. He received a BA in Psychology from the University of California at Berkeley, and completed sustainable business management training at the Presidio Graduate School in San Francisco.

He is certified by the Hudson Institute of Coaching and is currently pursuing ICF certification. At Hudson, Alejandro initiated the organization’s Coaches of Color group to help expand pathways to leadership throughout businesses and organizations worldwide.

At a young age, he wanted to be a “jack of all trades,” explorer, and environmentalist. Since then, his passion for learning and developing sustainable communities has taken him to 15 countries and counting. Over the last 30 years, Alejandro has received income from mixing cement, on the road tire repair, bank telling, substitute teaching, tutoring, dry cleaning, business development for several startups and project development.

"Getting where you want to be has everything to do with awareness, and nothing to do with willpower."
